What Happens After You Enroll
Once you become a Community Solar customer, you become a steward for the environment and we become a partner in your home.
Easy Customer Onboarding
After you enroll, you will receive a welcome packet to your home with all the important information you need to know - like how to register for our online customer portal. You will also receive email notifications.
Transparent Communications
As your Clearway Community Solar farm is in development and construction, you will receive email updates and communications from us. We'll stay in touch and notify you when your assigned solar farm is activated, before billing begins.
Online Customer Portal
Login to your online Customer Portal to manage your account information, track the development of your assigned farm, and once live, monitor the solar energy produced by your subscription and manage your payment options
Billing
Once your community solar farm is active and producing solar energy and solar credits, you will start receiving a monthly invoice from Clearway for your subscription.
Receiving Credits
Your solar bill credits or Net Metering Credits will begin with the first full production period of your Community Solar farm. You can view the credits generated by your subscription in your Customer portal.

Solar Farm Development
When you sign up, your local Solar Farm may still be in development and undergoing construction. We'll keep you informed as your assigned Community Solar farm reaches milestones with the Solar Farm Development Tracker, located in the online Customer Portal .
